Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your tour, I will refund 50% of your cost. Any payments to other activity companies will have to be refunded through them.
We have a new baby. Can we still use your services?
Yes. I have a special Questionnaire for little ones that will enable me to plan a tour that accommodates their needs. It will pop up if you put in an age under 4 years old in the questionnaire.
We are having a family reunion, which means a large group of multi age and ability people; can your services help us keep everyone happy?
I am skilled at finding ways to keep a large variety of people happy. I can find fun activities for everyone, from infants to grandparents.
We have one child who is very adventurous and one who is difficult to get away from the computer. Can you help us to show them both a good time?
Yes. This is my specialty.
What if you are unable to make it?
If I cannot guide your tour, and we cannot reschedule, you have a choice of a full refund or an alternate guide.
How do we know that we can trust you?
I will provide letters of reference upon request. I am a member of The National Honor Society. Plus, my family has lived and done business in this small community for over 17 years. They support me and my guarantee.
